Privacy Policy
GDPR COMPLIANT — EU REGULATION 2016/679
TechnologyCorePro, located at Carrer de Guillem de Castro 40, 46008 Valencia, Spain, ("the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1.1 Data Controller. TechnologyCorePro acts as the Data Controller for all personal data collected through this website and related services.
1.2 Data Collection. We collect personal data solely for the purpose of executing requested services, including but not limited to: name, email address, phone number, and project requirements submitted through our contact form.
1.3 Legal Basis. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — performance of a contract — and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
1.4 Data Retention. Personal data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for ongoing service delivery.

1.6 Data Security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments to protect personal data.
1.7 Third-Party Sharing. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as necessary for service delivery (e.g., hosting providers) or as required by law.
Terms of Service
BINDING AGREEMENT — TECHNOLOGYCOREPRO
By accessing or using the services provided by TechnologyCorePro, located at Carrer de Guillem de Castro 40, 46008 Valencia, Spain, you agree to the following terms:
2.1 Service Scope. TechnologyCorePro provides technology consulting, infrastructure design, cybersecurity, automation, and related technology services. All services are delivered according to mutually agreed project specifications.
2.2 Payment Terms. Payment milestones are defined in individual project agreements. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly administrative fee.
2.3 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all deliverables and intellectual property created specifically for the client are transferred to the client. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of TechnologyCorePro.
2.4 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
2.5 Limitation of Liability. TechnologyCorePro's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
2.6 Termination. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Work completed prior to termination shall be billed proportionally.
2.7 Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
CONSUMER PROTECTION — EU DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU
TechnologyCorePro maintains a fair and transparent refund policy in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations.
4.1 Right of Withdrawal. Under EU consumer law, clients have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of contract for distance contracts. During this period, you may withdraw without providing justification and receive a full refund.
4.2 Project-Based Refunds. For ongoing projects, refunds are calculated proportionally based on completed milestones. Unpaid milestones beyond the current phase are cancelled without charge.
4.3 Service-Specific Refunds. If a delivered service materially fails to meet the agreed specifications, TechnologyCorePro will remediate at no additional cost or, if remediation is not feasible, provide a proportional refund.
4.4 Refund Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing fees are non-refundable.
4.5 Dispute Resolution. Refund disputes may be escalated to [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
